ECOSYSTEM SUPPORT
The Ecosystem Support plays a facilitator and catalyst role by supporting the different Innovation Layers in their interactions and in interacting with external players.
Catalyst
Its function is to provide support in the definition of the strategic agenda and translation of strategic inputs in innovation initiatives, to coordinate service providers and offering. It provides value added consulting services on specific aspects (vertical technologies, IPs protections, fundraising, incubation/acceleration, HR etc.) The purpose of this function is to coordinate, organise and execute activities to animate the ecosystem and facilitate interactions with the ultimate objective to make innovation work within the ecosystem. The Catalyst also manages marketing and communication activities and the organization of events.
In addition, the Ecosystem Catalyst is also acting as Technical Secretariat, responsible to provide support for the organization of internal and external meeting, for effective execution of events, initiatives and relevant meetings.
Legal Secretariat
Responsible for the management of legal and compliance correlated aspects: anti-trust policies/procedures, day to day legal and administrative management of the Network entity, preparation of documents and procedures, agreements and other legal standard and policies, tax compliance.
Admin Support
Responsible to provide support in all financial and accounting matters, including preparation of financial statements, controlling management, treasury management, cost accounting.
Ambassadors
Their function is to facilitate connections between Layers and guarantee smooth communication processes, encourage relationships with external players and support the interactions on specific topics. Ambassadors offer dedicated assistance with the identification of strategic insights and key trends.
